By purchasing products or services from Dream Woods Flooring Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Payment: Payment for products and services must be made in full before the products are shipped or the services are rendered. We accept payment via cash, PayPal, Klarna, credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. We will provide a delivery date after payment has been received.
  • Shipping and Delivery: Shipping and delivery times will vary depending on the product and location. We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase. Dream Woods Flooring Ltd is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping or delivery.
  • Returns and Refunds: Our return policy and procedure is outlined below, we will not accept any returns or issue any refund after 14 days of receipt of the product.
  • Warranty: All of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details will be provided with the product. Dream Woods Flooring Ltd is not responsible for any defects or issues with the product that are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Installation Services: Our installation services are provided by professional installers. We require that all furniture and items be removed from the rooms where the installation will take place prior to the installers arriving. If the customer requests that we move the furniture or items, we will charge an additional fee. Dream Woods Flooring Ltd will not be held responsible for any damages to furniture or items that are moved by our installers. We do not remove waste or debris from the installation process and will charge an additional fee if requested to do so. We are not responsible for any issues that arise if the floor or ground is not flat or has defects. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the floor or ground is flat and free of defects prior to installation.
  • Door Cutting Services: We provide door cutting services for our customers but we are not liable for any damage or issues that may occur during the process.
  • Limitation of Liability: Dream Woods Flooring Ltd will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, indirect, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.
  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
  • Changes to the Terms and Conditions: Dream Woods Flooring Ltd reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.

By purchasing products or services from Dream Woods Flooring Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these terms and conditions, please contact our customer service team.

Refunds

At Dream Woods Flooring Ltd, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality laminate flooring and installation services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a returns policy for our UK-based customers.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all the accessories, instructions and paperwork included. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@dreamwoods.co.uk to request a return authorisation number. Once you have received the return authorisation number, please return the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom-made products or products that have been installed. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and will be issued in the original form of payment.

If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement.

Delivery

Complimentary Shipping Available to All Customers Residing Within a 5-Mile Vicinity of Our Manchester Warehouse

Our skilled delivery team is well-versed in handling your new purchase with care, ensuring a timely and flawless arrival while keeping you informed throughout the journey. If, however, we are unable to deliver your items as scheduled due to your absence during the agreed-upon time or date, there may be additional fees for rescheduling the delivery.

Important to Note: We provide delivery estimates in utmost good faith, working diligently to ensure your order reaches you within the specified timeframe. Please be aware that all online delivery times are approximate and that certain regions, such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands, might have exclusions.

We aim to stick to the delivery schedule as much as we can, usually making deliveries from 7 am to 6 pm.

The delivery is for the ground floor, if accessible, and it’s a one-person delivery at the curbside. Please keep in mind that since this is a one-person service, larger items might need extra help to unload when the driver arrives.

Your order will be brought to you either by our own vans or a chosen courier service. Unfortunately, the couriers cannot give you a call before delivering your items.
